Subscription and billing

The subscription belongs to the organization, and only the owner can see or change it. Everything is under Settings > Subscription.

The plans

  • Basis: DKK 1,499 per user per month, with 10 searches and 300 e-mail addresses per user per month.
  • Pro: DKK 3,749 per user per month, with 30 searches and 1,000 e-mail addresses per user per month.

One search fetches about 1,000 unique candidates, so each user gets up to 10,000 candidates analysed a month on Basis, and up to 30,000 on Pro.

All prices exclude VAT and are in Danish kroner. The whole organization is on one plan and shares its searches and e-mail addresses. Pay annually and you get 12 months for the price of 10, a saving of 17%. An annual plan runs for 12 months, and its searches and e-mail addresses arrive month by month.

The trial

  1. Choose a plan, monthly or annual billing, and the number of seats.
  2. Fill in your company's name, country and VAT number, and add a payment card.
  3. Use Navigent for 14 days with 2 searches and 50 e-mail addresses.

Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and the owner gets an e-mail 3 days before it does. During the trial you can change the number of seats freely; the first invoice uses whatever number you have when it ends. If you use both searches early, you can start the paid plan straight away.

Seats

Seats are bought upfront, and each user and each open invitation takes one.

  1. Open Settings > Subscription.
  2. Press + or −. Before you confirm, you see the new monthly price and what changes today.
  3. Confirm.

More seats apply at once. The rest of the period is invoiced and charged now, and the seats are usable a few seconds later. Fewer seats apply from the next period, shown as, say, "5 seats, 3 from 1 November", so you keep what you've paid for. You can't go below your users plus open invitations; remove someone or revoke an invitation first.

Change plan or billing period

  • Basis to Pro applies at once, prorated. The extra searches and e-mail addresses arrive with the next invoice.
  • Pro to Basis applies from the next period.
  • Monthly to annual applies at once. Annual to monthly applies when the 12 months are up.

Invoices and VAT

Invoices are e-mailed and listed under Subscription. Your card, billing address, VAT number and invoice history are managed in the billing portal, which you open from there.

Danish companies pay 25% Danish VAT. Companies elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge. Outside the EU, no Danish VAT is added. Only businesses can sign up.

The offer for the first customers

The first 10 paying customers get 30% off for 12 months, taken off automatically at checkout. The discount applies to the price, not to the number of searches or e-mail addresses. Afterwards the subscription continues at the list price, and the owner is e-mailed 30 days before.

If a payment fails

  • Days 0 to 7: a banner and an e-mail. Everything still works.
  • Day 8: Navigent turns read-only until a payment goes through.
  • Day 21: the subscription is cancelled.

Searches and e-mail addresses you've already been given are never taken back.

Cancel

  1. Open Settings > Subscription and go to the billing portal.
  2. Cancel the subscription.

A monthly plan runs to the end of the paid period; an annual plan runs its 12 months. When the subscription ends, unused searches and e-mail addresses expire and the organization turns read-only: roles, shortlists and messages can still be read, but no search can start and no campaign sends.

The deletion rules keep running, so candidates you're not holding on a shortlist in an active role are deleted 90 days after they were last fetched. Deleting the organization is a separate step the owner takes.

Good to know

  • You pay in Danish kroner, wherever you are.
  • A receipt is e-mailed each time an invoice is paid.
