About Navigent
Navigent turns a job ad into a contacted shortlist.
You paste an ad, and Navigent reads the requirements: function, seniority, location, industry and years of experience. Navigent finds the candidates in a database of over 305 million professional profiles, about 1 million of them in Denmark, ranks them and shows the evidence for each requirement. You decide who goes forward, and the messages go from your own LinkedIn and email.
Who it's for
Recruiters in Denmark, on their own or in a team, filling white-collar, specialist and management roles. Not hourly-paid or operational roles.
What we hold on to
- A person decides. A person makes every shortlist and reject decision, and every decision is saved.
- Every assessment has a source. Every recommendation shows why the candidate is on the list, requirement by requirement, citing the jobs it rests on.
- Only the people you said yes to. Only candidates on your shortlist are contacted, and every message can be read before it's sent.
- Candidates' data is yours. You are the controller, and Navigent is the processor. Candidates who aren't on a shortlist for an active role are deleted 90 days after they were last fetched, and nothing is shared with other customers.
