From job ad to requirements profile

Paste a job ad and see it the way Navigent sees it: which function, what level, where, and what experience it takes, what's a must-have and what's a nice-to-have. And what search data can't answer, so you know what to ask. Free, with no sign-in.

You don't need to clean up the text. Contact names and phone numbers can be left out.

Navigent stores neither the ad, the profile nor your IP address. You can make up to ten profiles an hour.

Why a requirements profile

A requirements profile splits the ad into what it takes, what would be nice, and what you'll need to ask. It's the same split Navigent searches with:

  • Must-haves that search data can show become filters: function, seniority, location and years of experience. Always with a tolerance, so no good candidate drops out on a technicality.
  • Nice-to-haves such as industry or type of company decide the order and never filter anyone out.
  • What search data can't answer, such as skills, languages and education, you check on the LinkedIn profile once the candidate is on the shortlist, or with the Chrome extension.
