Analytics
Analytics brings the workspace's numbers together on one page with three tabs: Roles, Campaigns and Team. The numbers come from Navigent's own records of your work, not from a third-party analytics tool, and every plan gets all of it.
How to use the page
- Open Analytics in the menu on the left.
- Choose a tab: Roles, Campaigns or Team.
- Pick a period: 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time. It starts at 30 days.
- Sort the table by whichever column you need. The chart above it shows the same numbers over time.
Roles
For each role, and in total:
- Fetched, Longlist, Recommended and Shortlist, meaning exactly what they mean inside a role
- Assessed: candidates given an assessment on a card
- Decided: yes and no, as two counts
- Contacted: enrolled in a campaign and sent a first step
- Replies and Interested
- Time to first shortlist: from the role's creation to the first yes
- Searches used
A role's own numbers are also its Talent pool, in the right-hand panel of the role.
Campaigns
For each campaign, for each sender account, and in total:
- Enrolled
- Invitations sent and accepted, with the acceptance rate beside them, for example "31% (42 of 135)"
- Messages sent and e-mails sent
- Replies, with the reply rate over those contacted
- Interested, not interested and auto-reply, counted by label as you've corrected them. No interest rate is calculated
- Bounced: e-mails that came back
- Account: the sender's weekly invitation limit, and how far the ramp has got
Team
For each user, over the period: roles created and owned, yes and no decisions, candidates shortlisted, campaigns started, candidates contacted, replies, and notes written.
Owners and admins see everyone. A member sees their own row. It's a sortable table, with no leaderboard and no badges.
Numbers you can trust
- A rate is never shown without the counts it comes from, and never on fewer than 5. "3 of 4" says more than 75%.
- Every number has a one-line definition on the page, in the same words Navigent uses everywhere else.
- Figures that are worked out at intervals refresh every 15 minutes, and the page says when they last did.
