Navigent vs Juicebox (PeopleGPT): price, data and GDPR

Updated

Juicebox, whose search engine is called PeopleGPT, is an American AI tool for finding candidates in a large global database. Navigent is made in Copenhagen for roles in Denmark and starts with the Danish job ad. Here's how they differ on price, search, outreach and data, and what each does well.

The details about Juicebox were last checked on 13 October 2026. Sources are listed at the end.

What Juicebox is

Juicebox searches in natural language: you write who you're looking for, and Juicebox builds the filters. According to Juicebox, its database holds 800 million profiles from around the world, from more than 30 data sources. Juicebox can evaluate up to 5,000 profiles against your criteria and rank them, and every profile gets a short AI summary of why it fits.

Juicebox Agents source for you around the clock. They learn from your reviews, find new candidates and can write to them. You choose whether they run fully hands-off or wait for your approval at the shortlist or before sending.

What Juicebox does well: the database is large and global, Juicebox can find both email addresses and phone numbers, and the Business plan integrates with 41 ATSs and 21 CRMs. Juicebox says the platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, and it offers a data processing agreement and a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) on request.

What Navigent is

In Navigent, you start with a role. You paste the job ad, and Navigent reads the requirements and sets filters with Danish and English title variants, which you can remove. The preview is free. One search fetches about 1,000 unique candidates from a database of +305 million professional profiles, +1 million of them Danish LinkedIn profiles. The best 200 or so make the longlist, and up to about 50 recommended are assessed requirement by requirement, with evidence from the jobs each assessment rests on. You decide, and only people you've said yes to are contacted.

Price

  • Free: USD 0, with a limited number of searches and AI email templates.
  • Starter: USD 119 billed monthly and USD 99 billed yearly. Unlimited searches, 500 contact lookups (email and phone) and 500 exports a month, and one mailbox.
  • Growth: USD 199 billed monthly and USD 179 billed yearly. 1,500 contact lookups per user a month, up to five users and three mailboxes per user.
  • Business: price on request, yearly billing only. Unlimited contact lookups, ATS and CRM integration, and priority support, including in Slack.
  • Juicebox Agents are an add-on at USD 199 per agent per month.

Navigent (Danish kroner, excluding VAT): Basis DKK 1,499 and Pro DKK 3,749 per user per month, with 10 and 30 searches shared across the organisation. Extra searches are DKK 199 each. Paying yearly gives you 12 months for the price of 10. You can try Navigent free: 2 free searches, 1 more per colleague, up to 5, no card.

Juicebox: You describe the profile in your own words or use the filters for seniority, skills, roles, activity and education. Juicebox can show where the candidates live and which skills are most common. For coverage in a particular country, Juicebox asks you to contact its sales team.

Navigent: You don't write a search string. Navigent reads a Danish or English job ad and sets function, seniority, location and years as filters, which only exclude with a tolerance, and missing data never excludes anyone. Three candidates at a time calibrate the ranking, and every assessment is written in Danish or English. How many profiles there are in Denmark for selected titles is shown in the candidate atlas, with the date and the exact filters.

How you contact candidates

Juicebox: You send sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook, and AI drafts the messages with you. Sequences can also have call and social steps, and a reply stops the sequence. Juicebox shows opens, replies, interest and bounced emails for every step.

Navigent: Campaigns send from your own LinkedIn account: an invitation without a note by default, a message after acceptance and follow-ups, with email from your own Gmail or Outlook as the fallback. Every message can be read before it's sent, a reply stops the sequence, and there's no open or click tracking. LinkedIn's rules don't allow tools that automate activity, and the risk to the account is yours. More in LinkedIn limits for recruiters.

Data and GDPR

Juicebox lists 24 sub-processors in its trust center, all located in the United States, including hosting at Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud and the database at Supabase. According to its privacy policy, Juicebox may transfer personal information to service providers in the United States and other countries, relying on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or on contractual protections. Juicebox processes customer data on its customers' behalf.

Navigent: You're the data controller and Navigent is the processor. Navigent's database, sign-in and file storage are in the EU (Frankfurt). Several of its providers process data outside the EU, for example in the United States, and the list of sub-processors shows where each one does and under which transfer mechanism. The AI model gets the candidates' careers without names, photos, email addresses or phone numbers. Candidates who aren't on a shortlist for an active role are deleted 90 days after they were last fetched, and roles, assessments and decisions are never shared with other customers.

Either way, it's your recruitment. When you contact someone who hasn't applied, you owe them the information in Article 14 of the GDPR, at the latest in your first message. More in GDPR and sourcing passive candidates.
