LinkedIn Recruiter alternatives in Denmark

Updated

LinkedIn Recruiter is LinkedIn's tool for searching the whole network and messaging people with InMail, and you only get its price from LinkedIn's sales team. If you're looking for an alternative because you hire for few roles, only in Denmark, or want to start from the job ad rather than a search string, here are the options: what they do, what they cost, and when each fits.

The prices and details about the other products were checked on 13 October 2026. Sources are listed at the end.

LinkedIn's own alternatives

Recruiter Lite

The smallest version of Recruiter, for individuals and small businesses that hire a few people a year. You can see and contact people within your third-degree network, you get 20 filters and 30 InMails a month, and up to five users can share projects. There are no AI features and no ATS integration. Recruiter Lite is bought online, monthly or yearly.

Recruiter Professional Services (RPS and RPS+)

LinkedIn's versions for agencies. You search your network to third degree and can unlock 30 (RPS) or 50 (RPS+) out-of-network profiles a month. There are more than 40 filters, 100 or 140 InMails per seat a month, and integration with more than 28 ATSs. You get the price from LinkedIn's sales team.

Free: search with Google yourself

Google can find public LinkedIn profiles with the site: operator, quotes for exact phrases and a minus to leave words out, such as site:linkedin.com/in "controller" "Aarhus" -job. This is often called X-ray search. It costs nothing, but the results depend on what Google has indexed, and you have to assess and contact each person yourself. How to choose

  • If you hire rarely and mostly in your own network, Recruiter Lite is enough.
  • If you're looking for active job seekers, start with the Jobindex CV database and Jobnet.
  • If you need passive candidates for roles in Denmark, starting from a job ad, Navigent is made for that. Read Passive candidates: how to find and reach them.
  • If you hire across countries, the large global databases of Juicebox, SeekOut, hireEZ and Gem give you the most breadth.
